REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal for Mazzucato Internatioanl/IoMazzucato Products
The customer has the right to withdraw from any order involving IoMazzucato Products, without giving any reason and with any statement, as long as it is explicit, delivered to IoMazzucato. However, the right of withdrawal is excluded with respect to sealed IoMazzucato Products that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and that have been associated after delivery, such as, but not limited to, cosmetic products for body care and beauty. If the customer wishes to return the purchased products, he/she may use the return label received with the order or may print a new one via his/her personal page accessible from the IoMazzucato website. If the customer does not have access to a printer, if he/she experiences problems downloading the return label, or if you request a new label, you may contact Customer Service (see contact details listed at the bottom of the page) and request one. Please always use the return label provided by IoMazzucato in order to avoid unnecessary additional charges.

Information to the right of withdrawal (ex art. 49, paragraph 1, letter H) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The recovery period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract for goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period shall run from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the vehicle to be designated, acquires physical possession of the last good. Where you decide not to use the standard withdrawal form, you may submit any other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The time limit set for withdrawal shall be deemed to have been met if the customer transmits his or her declaration before the expiration of the 14-day period from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period runs from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good.Information to the right of withdrawal (ex art. 49, paragraph 1, letter H) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”)

Effects of withdrawal
Following withdrawal from this contract, IoMazzucato will refund all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by IoMazzucato), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day IoMazzucato is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Such refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer at the time of purchase. The customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund. Refunds may be suspended until IoMazzucato receives, from IoMazzucato, the returned products or until the customer demonstrates that such goods have been shipped, whichever is earlier. The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day he or she communicated his or her desire to withdraw from the purchase agreement. The Products must be returned - properly packed in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or soiled and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In case of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at its own care and expense, arrange for its replacement in order to be able to proceed with the return of the IoMazzucato Products; - equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow IoMazzucato to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address); - without manifest signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item (they must not bear any trace of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as to not permit resale). If the returned product does not comply with the requirements of the preceding paragraph, or if the exception to the right of withdrawal indicated in paragraph 6 in relation to sealed products operates, the withdrawal will not be effective. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by IoMazzucato provided that the customer uses the return documents provided by IoMazzucato and ships the goods from the country where delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

The customer who intends to withdraw from the contract using the standard withdrawal form downloadable here is requested to fill it out and send it to revoca@IoMazzucato.it Without prejudice to the possibility for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying IoMazzucato of any other explicit statement of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract, as an alternative to the use of the above standard form, the customer may use the following standard text
