We ship within 24/72h working hours after receipt of payment unless courier delays.

Courier delivery delays
Please remember that couriers are not always as accurate as they should be. In 90% of cases they meet the above timeframe. In a smaller percentage of shipments, however, couriers may make delays. The customer who makes the purchase does so aware of this. We recommend always purchasing a few days in advance, to prevent the occurrence of these circumstances from somehow harming the recipient's needs.

Damage to goods due to transport
As much as the couriers contracted with IoMazzucato are extremely professional, the transport of goods containing glass components or in general of a certain volume and weight, subjects the goods themselves to the risk of damage: jolting, overturning, overlapping of packages, impacts and whatnot cannot be excluded a priori.
The relevant legislation for transport damage is defined by the Device of Article 1698 Civil Code, which states, "The unqualified receipt of the things transported with the payment of what is due to the carrier extinguishes the actions arising from the contract, except in the case of malice or gross negligence of the carrier. This is without prejudice to actions for partial loss or damage not recognizable at the time of delivery, provided that in the latter case the damage is reported as soon as known and not later than eight days after receipt."

We therefore recommend that our kind customers check:
the presence, at the time of delivery, of all the indicated packages
the integrity of the various packages, requesting whenever there are doubts about the integrity of the goods, to sign the delivery note of the goods with a reservation of control for damaged packages, if the packages are visibly torn, deformed, opened, tampered with, etc. In this case, the courier must be asked for the possibility of signing with a specific reservation, on the paper delivery note or on the PDA, specifying the option "for damaged packages". The reservation, without such specification, will be generic and useless for the purpose of recognizing the damage by the courier.
The control of the goods received, understood as the control of the integrity and completeness of the product and all its equipment, must be carried out immediately after receiving the goods, in such a way as to report any discrepancies as soon as possible. Any damage or non-conformity found must be promptly reported to the Company through the appropriate assistance service, and the documentation (descriptive, photographic or otherwise) must be sent within a maximum of 5 calendar days to guarantee the Company a minimum intervention margin of 48 hours. IoMazzucato will take care to contest the damage to the carrier and guarantee the customer the replacement of the damaged product with an intact one, or where possible the sending of the spare parts necessary to restore the damaged product, at no cost to the customer and within appropriate times.
IoMazzucato reserves the right to make a different agreement with the customer if the check does not take place within eight calendar days of delivery.
